Hi SH Scrap은 고객 사용할때 제대로 사용하지 않아서 Burnt된 것 많습니다. 그 자재만 Burnt한 것 아니고 그 쥐치의 PCB도 Burnt되었습니다. 공장은 수리 많이 시도했습니다. 수리하지 못했으니까 Scrap로 판정되었습니다. 감사합니다. 您好， Scrap很多是客人使用不當導致的Burnt。并非只有那個物料發生了Burnt，是那個位置的PCB也一起Burnt了。 VN多次嘗試修理，無法修理的話，才會判定為Burnt。 謝謝。 |

Hi Miya What is the definition of list by shipment? - From factory shipout? - from customer (SKB) ship out to ALT? - from ALT ship out to Factory RMA? "Eagle RMA list_20221131_EN.xlsx" This list is all of from customer (SKB) ship out to ALT. NOT TO ALL LIST OF RMA SHIP OUT it means that list has contained "NTF". Thanks SON |

Hi SH According to our constract, Fii will check the warranty of RMA by SN list with issue. RMA goods in May 6 list shipped separtely and make us very confused about the warranty. So we ask ALT to provide SN list with issue by shippment. We beg ALT to do not mix the S/N together. Thanks. Miya. |
